Comet Chaos is a fast, fun, family-friendly 3v3 tournament with a twist — throughout the night, chaos rules get drawn from the Chaos Bowl, and every game plays a little different. One round you might have to yell "CHAOS!" before every shot; the next, teammates have to stay within arm's reach. Same great basketball, a whole lot more fun.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can play in Comet Chaos? +

Anyone! We'll have two divisions — Open (just-for-fun) and Competitive — so you can play at the level that fits your squad. Put together a team of 3–4 friends, family, or teammates and sign up together.

How many players per team? +

Teams are 3 on 3, with the option to carry a 4th player as a sub. So bring 3 or 4 to a squad.

What are "chaos rules"? +

They're fun twists drawn live throughout the tournament that change how a round is played — like having to announce every shot or keeping your team within arm's reach. It keeps everyone laughing and levels the playing field. We'll go over all the rules at check-in.

How do I pay my entry fee? +

Register with the form first, then pay online via Square (link coming soon) or in person at check-in with cash or card. Add your team name in the payment notes so we can match it up.

Is this a fundraiser? +

Yes! Comet Chaos supports the West Texas Comets program. Every entry helps us build opportunities for our girls on and off the court.
