What to Bring

Come ready to work — here's everything your player needs for each session

Essential Gear

  • Basketball (if you have one)
  • Athletic shoes — basketball or court shoes
  • Athletic shorts and shirt
  • Water bottle — stay hydrated!
  • Towel

Good to Know

  • Arrive 5–10 minutes early to stretch
  • Players should eat a light meal beforehand
  • No jewelry on the court
  • Hair tied back and out of the face
  • A positive attitude and a growth mindset!
